I am back home from Little Rock Arkansas and feeling blessed. My mom and the whole family really appreciated me being home to support them in our time of Bereavement. Thank you for your love and support. All I can say is that I feel blessed to have such great friends. There is nothing more beautiful than someone who goes out of their way to make life beautiful for others. I just have to thank you for the helping hand you gave too me in my time of need. Cindy, Tommy, Ke...n, Erin, and Gayle. If it were not for the unconditional love and help that you gave I would be in a different mindset today. Anthony thank you for hosting karaoke on Sunday night. Again thank you for taking food out of your own mouths to help me with no questions asked. Thank you for believing in me and my honesty. My heart if full of joy and love. Mother Theresa said. “It's not how much we give but how much love we put into giving.” I love you guys!

LETTER OF LOVE AND GRATITUDE - THANK YOU

I'm sitting her drowning in my tears over the love from these 5 friends. Cindy and Tom Kaminaka, Ken Hendrickson, Gayle Mitchell and last but not least Erin Standerfer-Horner.  Because of you guys I have gotten my flight back home to my Aunt's funeral.

God knows your heart and let me tell you he has really blessed me this week.  I was just saying to my roommate that I need a printer, and yesterday Cindy and Tom gave me a brand new wifi Canon printer still in the unopened box from Best-buy, and they didn't know that I didn't have a printer. Thank you for believing in my honesty and integrity.  I truly don't believe you have to be blood to be real family.

Mark 12:31
The second is this: 'Love your neighbor as yourself.' There is no commandment greater than these."

Most of you didn't know that I have not worked much in the last year.  A few people knew that I was having problems with my eyesight.  It was so bad I would have to get right under a freeway sign to see it.   Thank you Dominique for encouraging me to go to the eye doctor.  A couple of my friends were saying you're not a spring chicken Bobby, with age comes depleted sight, and we would just laugh about it.  But what I didn't know is that I have a serious eye condition, and it is Chronic Uvitis with photopheresis and could cause blindness if left untreated.  Which means that I have imflamation behind the eyes and my Retina's are swollen and with sensitivity to light.  The symptoms were very debilitating.  Headaches like migraines with sensitivity to light, nausea and eyes feel like their full of sand.  At one point I was putting 120 steroid drops in both eyes in a 24 hour period.  I have also had a steroid injection in both the right and left eye.  My sight has improved greatly, however I still have those days when I can't open my eyes without pain.  However the doctors don't want me sitting in front of a computer screen or social media device for to long.  This is why I've not worked hardly, and my eyesight is better because of it.   They ran several test to determine if I had a disease that caused the Uvitis. After waiting for 3 weeks for an appointment to get the results, I think that was really the first time I felt a deep depression.  However, all the test came back negative, and I did the holy dance in the doctors office.

My heart is grateful and full of love, because you didn't have to help, but you did.  May you be blessed with the desires of your hearts.

1 Corinthians 13:4-7

Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud.  It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs.  Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth.  It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.

I love you guys as much as I love myself.

Rest in peace Aunt Beulah

Just sitting here reminiscing about Aunt Beulah, my mom's next to the youngest sister, who's only a few years older than me.  She passed away this morning in Little Rock Arkansas, and I will miss her dearly.

I had no sisters, so she and my mom's youngest sister Amie were like the sisters I never had, even though they were my aunties.

Like my daughter Yasmeen reminded me.  Beulah was never judgmental and you could always be YOU, around her, and know that she had unconditional love for you no matter what.

To your children, grandchildren, Sisters, Brothers, nephews and nieces you were a good Mother, grandmother, sister and aunt. You gave them the very best in life. Every single one of us got the very best from you.

The Apostle Paul writes in the Holy Scriptures that the joy of the Lord is our strength.  Proverbs reminds us that a merry heart is as good as any medicine.  You always made me laugh.

Until we meet again.  Love always.
1 Thessalonians 4:13–18
Brothers, we do not want you to be ignorant about those who fall asleep, or to grieve like the rest of men, who have no hope.  We believe that Jesus died and rose again and so we believe that God will bring with Jesus those who have fallen asleep in him.  According to the Lord's own word, we tell you that we who are still alive, who are left till the coming of the Lord, will certainly not precede those who have fallen asleep.  For the Lord himself will come down from heaven, with a loud command, with the voice of the archangel and with the trumpet call of God, and the dead in Christ will rise first.  After that, we who are still alive and are left will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And so we will be with the Lord forever. Therefore encourage each other with these words.

The Word's of Amazing Grace always calms the spirit

When you're feeling down, sad and depressed, just sit in quiet and listen to the words of amazing grace.  A smile will come upon your face.  You will have forgotten why you were sad and down in the first place.

Sit in complete quiet and just listen to the words.  You will be amazed if you sit and listen to the whole song, and listen to those words of encouragement with understanding and an open mind.

Amazing Grace, how sweet the sound,
That saved a wretch like me.
I once was lost but now am found,
Was blind, but now I see.

Amazing Grace (Listen Here)

I hear so many people trying to turn meditation into a bad thing.  However, when you sit in quiet listening to words of inspiration you feel so calm, happy and alert afterwards.

BLACKJACK AT HARD ROCK HOTEL IN LAS VEGAS AFTER GETTING CAUGHT COUNTING CARDS

What happens in Vegas sure didn't stay in Vegas for Ben Affleck. The actor was reportedly caught counting cards during a game of blackjack in Las Vegas on April 29.

The 41-year-old actor was in Sin City with his wife Jennifer Garner when he was approached by security after they spotted the Argo actor reportedly counting cards.

Despite reports the actor is now banned the hotel entirely, a source tells Us Weekly the actor was banned only from playing blackjack, but allowed to play other games.
